Important Clarification: The Club does not sell retail tour packages, is not an intermediary travel agency, does not manage direct bookings, and does not process payments for accommodation, transportation, or dining. Our service is strictly limited to commercial promotion, the advertising of signature itineraries, and facilitating the direct link between the user and the final provider through external channels (such as WhatsApp).

2. Conditions for Travelers (Tourists)

• Access to Benefits: The benefits, promotions, and discounts of 10% or more detailed on the website correspond to direct commercial agreements with the Member Companies.

• Disclaimer on Bookings: Any agreement, hiring, booking, or financial transaction made as a result of the information provided on this website is carried out exclusively between the Traveler and the Member Company. The Club is not responsible for cancellations, non-compliance, rate variations, service quality, or any inconvenience arising from the final provision of the trip.

3. Conditions for Companies (Annual Membership and Payments)

• Acquisition of Membership: Tourism sector companies (hotels, restaurants, and operators) wishing to appear in the Club’s promotional space must purchase an annual membership through a single payment.

• Payment Processing (Stripe): All corporate membership charges are processed through the Stripe secure payment gateway. By entering your billing details, you accept the terms of service of said external processor.

• Service Maintenance: The Club commits to keeping the advertising and informative space of the contracting company active during the validity period of the annual membership, financed through daily digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic toward the ecosystem.

• 0% Sales Commissions: The Club does not charge commissions for referred clients. 100% of the value of direct sales belongs to the partner company.

4. J.C. Travel Collection (Signature Tourism)

The signature itineraries, regional circuits, and group expeditions (Bolivia Journey) displayed under the premium sub-brand J.C. Travel – My Experience In Your Hands represent exclusive experience design services. Quotes, particular booking conditions, availability, and spot confirmations for these programs will be coordinated directly and in a personalized manner with the technical support team via official customer service channels.

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to: texts, logos, trademarks, slogans (such as “Be Yourself” and “My Experience In Your Hands”), graphic elements, photographs, interfaces, source code, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Do It Travel Club LLC. or its respective content providers, and is protected by international intellectual property laws and those of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
